Mary-Louise Parker
Mary-Louise Parker has a son, William Atticus Parker, with actor Billy Crudup. Parker and Crudup dated for 8 years but broke up when Mary-Louise Parker was 7 months pregnant. She has also recently dated actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays her deceased husband Judah on Weeds, but they broke up in June 2007. In 2007, Mary-Louise Parker received the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Musical or Comedy, for her role on Weeds. She's also won 3 separate Screen Actors Guild Awards, for her performances on The West Wing, Angels in America, and Weeds. Her performances in Weeds and on The West Wing have also earned her Emmy Awards, in 2002 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and in 2007 for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. She's also won 2 Tony Awards, in 1990 and again in 2005. Mary-Louise Parker went to school at the North Carolina School of Arts, where she was a drama major. One of her earliest roles was a small part on the television soap opera Ryan's Hope in 1975. In the 1980's she lived in New York, and eventually, after some minor roles, she went on to play the lead in the Broadway production of Prelude to a Kiss. After the part on Broadway she appeared in Grand Canyon and Fried Green Tomatoes. Mary-Louise Parker on the WebI'm always fascinated by celebrity fan sites. One of the better fan sites for Mary-Louise Parker I've seen is this page: Mary-Louise Parker Fansite. Nam's Mary-Louise Parker Fan Site is also cool, and so is Mary-Louise Parker Place. |
